Grannys parcel

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter, I've ended up with a terrible flu.No sewing for me this week.

I just previewed our photo's from the shoot a few weeks ago WOW....can not wait to share them !!!

My sweet 91 year old Granny Smith (the kids call her purple haired granny he he) sent a parcel today with vintage childrens pattern books, fabric from 60 years ago,lace from my mum's wedding dress and her pilking sheers... skirts,cushions, tops for Allanah !!!

I think it's fair to say our creativity comes from both sides with my mum an amazing knitter, beading and sewing dancing costumes for 15 years.Her mother (little nan) can crochet anything (jealous can not crochet at all).My dad's mother (granny) an allrounder ...
